this was an sketch of a traditional iranian house in Isfahan .. 

i like the simplicity which watercolor offer me ...

shaddow and light ... the other side of my soul

this is one of my paintings in coming exhibition of Shargh Watercolorists Group in Iran.

 when I check my thoughts and my styles one of the dominant parts is the light and shaddow 

....

I think that this is the essence of watercolor painting that it reveals the artists soul and inner thoughts .. 

and I like this aspect of this medium

in real life the light seeking and knowing the darkness is one of my continuous endeavors ... 

and of course my world is in pure light ... with dark shadows ...

the flowers and the Lady in red

this was a painting that I did it when my baby " Bahar " was sleeping in my arms .. 

and this was a vase of flowers ... 

i tried to capture the calmness of this composition and the brilliance of that rose in red ... 

it seems to me that it is like " the lady in Red" 

Dear Bahar, you are my lovely lady ... 

and I imagine the night that you wear your Red night dress as a bride .

Father 

new event ... new born .... و تو متولد شدی

this post is not related to watercolor directly, but it had a great effects on me and the way I look at the world .
it is about a month that i step in a new world and I become father.
now I am the father of a girl, a beautiful girl. this is a great feeling and I suddenly find myself in Wonderland.
my daughters name is " Bahar" ( in persian it means Spring. the spring season. ) and i feel the spring breeze and the blossoms in her lovely face.

 the cutie in her fathers hug. and the painting of a bunch of flower . 

i do believe that you are more beautiful than the flowers.

تلاش در ارایه درک از فضا و حس آن تلاش من است و در این مسیر کاستاگنت همراه بسیار خوبی است 

اولین کتاب حرفه ای و جذاب آبرنگ که خواندم که مرا تا مدت ها مست خود کرده بود کتاب "نقاشی با شور و اشتیاق " اثر این استاد بزرگ بود 

شاید تمام تلاش های بعدی من بر اثر گرمای این کتاب ادامه یافته است 

هنوز هم این کتاب محل رجوع من است و از خواندن دوباره آن لذت می برم 

اما نکته ای که وجود دارد حرکت و رشد کاستاگنت در طی این حدود 10 سال از زمان آن کتاب بوده است ... 

آبرنگ مسیری است بی انتها .. 

مسیری لذت بخش ...

its late night and im going to sleep... but i think to Madame X and John Singer Sargent ... and the controversy ... i think to sargent ... and to Madame ... and to the painting ... again and again ... great feel of passion, love, affection, and making love ... mind making love.. i do not know what the great john singer Sargent thought and the feeling he had while painting this masterpiece... but I adore it ... 

he, she, and the relationship between, filled my mind ... lets sleep ...

this was a scene of the niavaran st. in tehran. it is a beautiful street in north of tehran ... 

it was a rainy afternoon ... and I started to make a sketch of it ... it was a very nice experience... 

after that I make a bigger version of that sketch. 

this is going to be a gift to one of my dear friends.

ماه پیش سفری داشتم به اصفهان همراه همسرم و گروه نقاشان آبرنگ شرق

سفری برای نقاشی 

سفری برای آرامش و لذت 

در اصفهان سفر کردیم و در خود و نقاش کردیم 

آبرنگ نوعی مراقبه است برای من 

نوعی تلاش برای زدودن اضافات 

سفری بی نهایت مفرح بود 

... 

پس از سفر من رسما آتلیه نقاشی خود را افتتاح کردم 

آتلیه ای کوچک به امیدی بزرگ 

این اثر بر مبنای نقاشی در محل با سایز کوچک در قطع بزرگ انجان شده است

سایز این نقاشی 50در 70 است 

یکی از مزایای نقاشی در استودیو آرامش برای خلق آثار با قطع بزرگتر است 

با دقت های بیشتر 

و البته بر مبنای طرح های زنده انجام شده در محیط آزاد

it was about a month ago that my wife and I had a trip to Isfahan with our fellow artists of Shargh watercolorists group. 

it was a painting trip, and we had great time there painting and walking and talking.

after this trip I announced the opening of my own painting studio. 

painting outdoors and in studio are two great experiences. 

this painting is a 50x70cm painting in studio on the basis of a sketch on location 

this is a paiting of "Alighapoo" in Imam Square in Isfahan . 

hafez tomb in shiraz

some weeks ago I was in Shiraz one of the most beautiful cities in iran , the city of Hafiz and Sa'di ( two famous iranian poets )
i went to hafez tomb and sit there and think about that great man  ..
I do this painting and some other there on site ...
i like this one ...

Sketching and my sketch books ...

Nowadays I work on my paintings for sending to SanDiego watercolor society international show in the US and the second competition of watercolor biennial in china .
i try painting outdoors regularly and some of these paintings worth exhibiting, I guess. there are lots of feeling and energy in these pieces.
but i do sketch more and more week by week in city scape and town and i do really like this process.
i have two sketch books one in small size and another in a bigger size .
today i like to show you two of my sketches in my sketch book.
i think sketches can be used as a great material for painting a very bigger version .

after a gap

i think it is about two months that i haven't publish my paintings here and there were some reason for it and the most important one was because of the filtering of Blogger here in my country.
ok not a problem.
i hope that my weblog would come back to its routine and you can read my posts and watch my paintings day by day.

its a mixture of Iranian and Indian Music...

چقدر من این آلبوم را دوست دارم 

و چقدر قوی است 

به نظرم باران نقطه اوج و قدرتمند ترین اثر در بین غزل 1و 2و 3 است
